OUR STORY
It’s funny how one lunch conversation can change your life. When Johan Majlov met with a client in late 2015, he knew his approach to organizational change was different from other companies. Johan’s client challenged him to expand his vision and create a detailed training program that he could market to other businesses. Soon after, Johan created a training program centered around what truly motivates employees to accept change and LDI was born.
